First Impression reflects the snap shots of color, texture and beauty of an ancient culture experienced by Munro during his first visit to the Emirate state of Sharjah.  The the result of how the time constraints of fleeting visits focus the artists attention.

As an idiosyncratic collector of snippets of other cultures. First Impression is the eclectic mix of symbols, culture and geometry formed from a mere glimpse of the Sharjan’s rich culture, the essence of what inspired mind and spirit.
