Munro’s third solo US exhibition opens tonight at Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, Columbus Ohio. Inspired by the unique spaces of the biomes, gardens and courtyards within the Conservatory Munro debuts four site specific artworks alongside existing installations such as Field of Light and Water-Towers re-imagined for the spaces. The Cardinal Health Gallery presents a collection of Munro’s smaller floor mounted sculptures including Blue Morpho, a piece inspired by the Conservatory’s collection of exotic butterflies.
